How payment works

3) Confirmation
You receive a success status and a transaction reference.
4) Activation
Plan activates automatically (or after verification where required).

Card details are processed by payment gateways and are not stored on our servers.
If you see suspicious payment links, do not proceed. Contact support to confirm the official channel.
Troubleshooting
Payment failed but money deducted
Most gateways auto-reverse failed payments. If the reversal does not happen, contact support with the transaction ID and registered phone/email.
Paid successfully but plan not activated
Wait a few minutes and refresh. If still not active, contact support with proof of payment and transaction ID.
